Wow! I can't believe it's December already (well! January almost!) and I'd like to apologise for my lack of blogging over the latter part of the summer period.
I've been busy teaching my courses of Reflexology, Anatomy and Physiology and Massage in the Marbella Beauty Academy. The courses are going really well and the new courses in each of the subjects are ready to begin enrolment in January, so all very exciting!

Aside from that, we've finally become 'coasties' at last and have moved near to Estepona. So house move, teaching, visitors, family and private clients, have all kept me very busy indeed.
My promise to you all (and to myself!) is that I'll keep up my regular blogging in 2010, bringing you the latest updates from the world of health, fitness and nutrition, in easy usable snippets. Although, they may rather brief around the April/May time, as that's when I'm due to give birth to my second baby! So I hope you'll forgive me that!
